Here's my first attempt at making ceviche courtesy of a recipe I found at recipezaar.com --> http://tkim.me/g.
I'm using black cod/sablefish instead of tilapia as listed and I'm hoping things will turn out real yummy in about 2.5 hours.  Now to make some guacamole to accompany!
